Precise Design is committed to protecting your privacy. All information that you provide to Precise Design will not be shared with any third party.

Payment Terms

Contracts: 50% of the contract fee is due before development/design will begin. The remaining contract fee is due upon completion of all project specifications. In the case of Website Design, if a site is moved to "live" status (is viewable by the general public) before all project specifications have been completed, Precise Design will charge a percentage of the remaining fee based on specifications that have been completed.

Website updates/misc monthly charges: Precise Design charges $50.00/hour, with a 1/2 hour ($25.00) minimum for all charges that are not pre-quoted or contracted. Charges thereafter are billed in 15-minute increments ($12.50). Invoices are sent out the first business day of each month and contain all charges from the previous calendar month.

Overdue Payments: Payments are due 15 days after invoice date. Once an invoice is 30 days overdue, a $25 late fee ($10 for invoices under $100) will be added to the invoice total. This late fee will again be assessed for every 30 additional days the invoice is overdue. Late or non-payment of invoices will allow Precise Design to suspend or remove any related web site content at our discretion.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed by check and mailed out within 3 - 5 business days of cancellation.

Contracts: Precise Design reserves the right to refuse service and cancel a job if necessary, in which case, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned to client after all applicable fees have been deducted for work completed. Likewise, the client may cancel a job if necessary, in which case, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned to client after all applicable fees have been deducted for work completed. If applicable fees are greater than previously paid deposit, client will be billed for the difference.

Web Hosting: Precise Design does not refund partial month charges. If you decide to cancel after pre-payment, you will not receive a refund for the current month of hosting use. The total fees for all remaining pre-paid months will be refunded in full.
